2. Estimates and Quotes
Online pricing, advertisements, telephone estimates, text messages, emails, social-media messages, and other preliminary pricing information are estimates unless expressly identified as a final written quote. Final pricing may vary after physical inspection of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply when conditions are discovered that were not reasonably apparent when the original estimate was provided, including excessive dirt or contamination, pet hair, smoke or odor contamination, stains, mold or biological contamination, excessive paint defects, heavy oxidation, excessive scratches, previous coatings or protection products, existing PPF or window film, adhesive residue, previous repairs, repainted panels, poor-quality bodywork, damaged or deteriorated surfaces, excessive disassembly or reassembly requirements, or additional labor or materials. The customer will be informed of material changes in scope or price when reasonably practicable.
3. Pre-Existing Damage
Customers are responsible for disclosing known damage, defects, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, repainted surfaces, prior film or coatings, weakened paint, damaged trim, cracked glass, scratches, dents, chips, corrosion, oxidation, loose components, or other pre-existing conditions. Colorado's Finest Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects that become visible during cleaning, preparation, correction, installation, removal, or other services. Certain detailing, polishing, PPF, coating, tint-removal, adhesive-removal, or cleaning processes can expose defects that were previously concealed by dirt, waxes, coatings, film, or other materials. Where reasonably appropriate, Colorado's Finest Detailing may photograph or document the vehicle before beginning work.
4. Paint Correction
Paint correction is intended to improve the appearance of automotive paint but cannot guarantee removal of every defect. Certain scratches, etching, oxidation, sanding marks, paint defects, clear-coat damage, deep defects, previous repair defects, or defects extending through the clear coat may not be safely removable. Colorado's Finest Detailing will use reasonable professional judgment regarding how aggressively a surface can be corrected. The goal of paint correction is to improve the vehicle's appearance while avoiding unnecessary removal of clear coat. Complete removal of every visible defect is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.
5. Paint Protection Film (PPF)
Paint Protection Film (PPF) is designed to provide protection against certain forms of environmental and road-related damage. PPF is not damage-proof. PPF does not guarantee protection against all rock impacts, accidents, vandalism, deep scratches, sharp objects, severe impacts, improper washing, chemical damage, environmental contamination, improper maintenance, or damage caused by collision or other force. Existing paint condition is particularly important when installing or removing PPF. Repainted panels, aftermarket paint, body filler, poorly bonded paint, improperly cured paint, previous repairs, or other non-factory surfaces may have an increased risk of paint lifting or damage during film installation or removal. Colorado's Finest Detailing is not responsible for paint failure resulting from an underlying condition that existed before installation or from paint that was improperly bonded, repaired, cured, or refinished, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law. PPF is a consumable protective product and may eventually require maintenance, repair, or replacement.
6. Window Tint and Window Film
Window-film installation may reveal or make existing imperfections in glass more noticeable. Glass may contain scratches, pits, chips, contamination, distortion, stress marks, manufacturing imperfections, or other defects. Minor dust particles, small imperfections, water pockets, haze, edge appearance, and optical characteristics may occur during or after installation. Newly installed film may require time to fully cure and achieve its final appearance. Colorado's Finest Detailing does not guarantee that window film will make defective or damaged glass appear perfect. The customer is responsible for ensuring that selected window tint complies with applicable federal, Colorado, and local laws and regulations. Colorado's Finest Detailing does not provide legal advice regarding window-tint legality and does not guarantee that a vehicle will pass any inspection based on the selected tint level.
7. Ceramic Coatings
Ceramic coatings provide a level of protection and hydrophobic performance but are not scratch-proof, rock-proof, or maintenance-free. Coating longevity and performance may vary depending upon vehicle use, washing methods, chemicals used, environmental exposure, storage conditions, maintenance, surface condition, previous paintwork, application conditions, and product selection. Ceramic coating does not guarantee protection against scratches, rock chips, stains, water spots, chemical damage, environmental contamination, or other damage. Customers are responsible for following recommended maintenance procedures.
8. Interior Detailing
Interior detailing may involve cleaning, extraction, brushing, steam, chemicals, agitation, and other processes. Certain stains, odors, discoloration, dye transfer, permanent marks, pet-related damage, smoke contamination, mold, mildew, biological contamination, and other conditions may not be completely removable. Old, deteriorated, cracked, weakened, or previously damaged materials may be more susceptible to damage during cleaning. Colorado's Finest Detailing does not guarantee complete removal of every stain, odor, or defect. Customers should remove valuables and personal belongings before service.
9. Vehicle Components and Aftermarket Modifications
Vehicles may contain aftermarket electronics, accessories, wraps, trim, badges, sensors, cameras, wiring, modifications, repairs, or components that are not installed to original manufacturer specifications. Colorado's Finest Detailing is not responsible for failures of pre-existing or improperly installed aftermarket components unless caused by the Company's negligence or otherwise required by applicable law. Customers should disclose aftermarket modifications before service.
10. Customer-Provided Materials or Products
If a customer provides film, coatings, chemicals, products, materials, parts, or other items for installation or use, Colorado's Finest Detailing does not guarantee the performance, compatibility, quality, authenticity, or warranty of those customer-provided materials. Any manufacturer warranty applicable to a customer-provided product remains the responsibility of the manufacturer or supplier.
11. Manufacturer Warranties
Where applicable, products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Manufacturer warranties are controlled by the manufacturer's terms, conditions, exclusions, registration requirements, maintenance requirements, and claim procedures. Colorado's Finest Detailing does not create or expand a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.
12. Service Results
Results may vary from vehicle to vehicle. Differences in paint condition, vehicle age, previous repairs, materials, glass condition, contamination, environmental conditions, maintenance, and prior services can affect the final result. No photograph, advertisement, sample, digital image, or verbal representation should be interpreted as a guarantee that every vehicle will receive an identical result.
13. Customer Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon completion of services. Any concerns should be brought to Colorado's Finest Detailing's attention as soon as reasonably possible so the Company has an opportunity to inspect the vehicle and, when appropriate, correct the issue. Nothing in this section eliminates any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Colorado's Finest Detailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from services, products, website use, delays, loss of use, or other circumstances. Where legally permitted, the Company's liability relating to a particular service shall be limited to the amount actually paid to Colorado's Finest Detailing for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under Colorado or federal law.
15. Release of Vehicle
The customer represents that they are the owner of the vehicle or have authorization from the vehicle owner to request the services being performed. The customer is responsible for retrieving the vehicle within the agreed timeframe. Additional storage, pickup, delivery, or other charges may apply if separately disclosed and agreed upon.
16. Payments
Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time services are scheduled or performed. Colorado's Finest Detailing reserves the right to require deposits or full payment before beginning certain services. A deposit or payment may be subject to the Company's applicable cancellation, rescheduling, refund, and service policies. Any such policy will be disclosed to the customer before or at the time of purchase when required by applicable law.
17. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments may be subject to cancellation or rescheduling policies disclosed to the customer at the time of booking. Colorado's Finest Detailing reserves the right to modify appointment requirements based on the type, duration, preparation requirements, or scheduling demands of a service.
18. Photographs and Documentation
Colorado's Finest Detailing may photograph vehicles before, during, and after services for documentation, quality control, insurance purposes, training, or recordkeeping. Photographs used for public advertising or marketing will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any applicable customer permissions.
19. Website Links and Third-Party Services
This website may contain links to manufacturers, suppliers, payment processors, social-media platforms, booking systems, or other third-party websites. Colorado's Finest Detailing does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, content, privacy practices, or policies.
